- export audio files and related data outputs
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis.

Users must create an account to access certain features.
You are responsible for:
- maintaining the security of your account
- all activities performed under your account
- ensuring your account information is accurate

Users may upload text or other materials to the platform.
You retain ownership of your content.
By uploading content, you grant biliaudi permission to:
- process the content
- send it to third-party processing services
- translate or synthesize audio outputs
- store and deliver results to you
This permission is limited solely to operating the service.
4. Third-Party Data Processing
biliaudi utilizes third-party processing engines to perform translation and text-to-speech tasks. By using the service, you acknowledge that:
- your submitted text may be transmitted to external providers (such as Google Cloud)
- these providers process the data to produce the requested outputs
- biliaudi is not responsible for the technical performance or policies of these third-party services.
5. Copyright and Content Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for the content they upload.
You must ensure that you have the legal rights to upload, process, and synthesize audio from the content.
biliaudi does not verify or monitor copyright ownership of uploaded materials.
biliaudi is not responsible for any copyright infringement or legal issues caused by user-uploaded content.
If a copyright owner believes their content has been used improperly, they may contact us to request removal.
6. Automated Output Disclaimer
Translations and synthesized audio are produced using automated systems.
biliaudi does not guarantee the absolute accuracy or linguistic nuance of these automated outputs.
Users are responsible for verifying the results for their specific educational needs.
7. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the service to:
- upload illegal or harmful content
- violate copyright or intellectual property rights
- attempt to disrupt the service or systems
- abuse system resources
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
The service may experience:
- maintenance downtime
- technical failures
- interruptions caused by external services
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, biliaudi is not liable for:
- loss of data
- loss of profits
- service interruptions
- errors in automated results
- issues caused by third-party services
Use of the service is at your own risk.
10. Refund Policy
All transactions on biliaudi.com are processed through our authorized Merchant of Record (such as Paddle or Lemon Squeezy). Our Merchant of Record is responsible for all customer service inquiries and returns.
- Right to Withdraw: In accordance with standard consumer protection laws, users have a 14-day statutory right to withdraw from a transaction and receive a full refund, provided the service has not been used.
- Usage & Waiver: By initiating any text-to-speech, translation, or audio processing tasks (consuming CUP), you explicitly consent to waive your 14-day withdrawal right for the portion of the service already delivered.
- Partial Refunds for Unused Credits: For requests made within 14 days of purchase, discretionary refunds may be issued for the unused portion of a credit package. The refund amount will be calculated based on the remaining CUPs and the original price per unit at the time of transaction.
- Technical Issues: If a material defect prevents you from accessing the service, please contact our support team first. If we cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, a refund will be issued in accordance with applicable laws.
