biliaudi operates as a technical service provider and does not proactively verify or monitor the copyright ownership of user-uploaded materials. Our platform is a neutral utility for format conversion and educational alignment.

If you believe that any material processed through biliaudi infringes upon a copyright you own or control, you may submit a formal notification as outlined below.

2. Submitting a Copyright Infringement Notice

To report alleged copyright infringement, please provide a written communication to our designated agent at [email protected] containing the following information:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • Identification of the material on biliaudi that is claimed to be infringing, including the specific URL or location.
  • Your contact information, including your full legal name, mailing address, and email address.

3. Our Response and Actions

4. Counter-Notification Process

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with applicable laws, biliaudi maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We reserve the right to limit access to the platform and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
